Shipping Policy
Freight is a set fee of $10 on all orders that are standard delivery address in the North or South Island and $15 for all Rural Delivery RD areas or anything out of a main city/large town. In order to check your exact courier area please use the online address checker here.
Please note that due to the high levels of credit card fraud from International orders we only ship goods within New Zealand. (if you are located in the Cook Islands or Fiji please contact us before purchase)
We aim to dispatch goods via courier within 1 working day of the order being placed, if the items are not in stock we will notify you with an expected delivery date. Your credit card will not be charged until stock is confirmed and goods are ready for dispatch.

Please note that if your order is placed after 12 noon then it is likely to miss the courier pickup that same day and will usually leave the warehouse the next day.
Expected delivery times are 1-3 working days for most areas, for RD Rural Delivery areas please allow 1-2 days extra. You must contact us within 7 days of the order being placed if you do not receive the goods or they arrive damaged otherwise insurance for the goods cannot be claimed.

Please note that if you're considering purchasing from a competitors website that says shipping could up to 14 days then they will be parallel importing the goods in from the US and they will not be covered under an official NZ warranty.


All our goods are sent with signature required on delivery, this is part of retailers legal terms of trade with credit card companies so please do not ask us to send items without a signature required, because legally we cannot. We advise that you use an address for delivery that has someone there to sign for it, and if you don't then you can write a signed note on the door giving the courier permission to leave the item without signature. However this then means you have taken full responsibility for the item and should it get stolen off your doorstep you will be liable for the cost of replacement.

All courier drivers work on very small payments per delivery, less than $1, so it is not feasible for them to call before delivery to make sure there is someone there, or to arrange a particular time. So please do not ask for deliveries to be made at a particular time of day, because most courier companies will only be doing one run per day to your street, and they get there when they get there! Likewise they cannot hang around for 5 minutes and wait for someone to answer the door on their 3rd try.

Because they are paid so little sometimes courier drivers will sometimes decide to just leave a parcel without getting a signature if they cannot get an answer at the address straight away. This is no responsibility of ours as we do not own the courier company or employ the drivers. We have used every different courier company over the last 22 years and every company has some drivers who are sub-par, this is no fault of ours and we do not appreciate criticism for this because it is simply not our fault. However, rest assured all goods are fully insured for delivery with a signature, so if a courier driver decides to leave it on your doorstep without a signature and it gets stolen the the courier driver has to pay for the replacement.
